We recommend the hotel and its staff. The venue is ideal and fairly clean, has exceptionally good views of the mountain or the valley. The location it offers is exceptional, near to the restaurant, Kanchenjunga, and the Japanese Temple.

The hotel has particularly good and beautiful location near to the centre of the Darjeeling city. There's Glenary's relatively near the venue, they have tea/coffee/desserts. I have to mention the satisfactory breakfast with all Indian and fries.

Location: the hotel was next to Mall road and market and most services and Darjeeling's iconic eateries. The breakfast was satisfactory, we were provided with all Indian and continental food options.

The rooms with direct Kanchenjunga view, bathrooms are inside plus minimum privacy.

Wi-Fi was weak.

The room was perfectly clean with satellite television, tea/coffee making equipment, and a sitting area.

We had a wonderful stay at a heritage property with new-gen facilities in Darjeeling. The staff at Summit Swiss Heritage Resort & Spa were incredibly helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the housekeeping did a great job. The view of the Darjeeling range from the terrace and rooms was breathtaking. The in-room dining offered affordable and delicious food. We also enjoyed the economical and well-planned tour packages offered by the hotel.
